More information

The interactive course offers students the opportunity to develop multiplication and division skills beyond the tables, enabling them to solve more complex problems and apply new techniques in practice.

The course program includes:

  • Arithmetic Operations: Students will consolidate their knowledge of multiplication and division, learn about division with remainders, verify the correctness of division with remainders, and understand the rule for multiplying a sum by a number. They will also study methods for multiplying and dividing two-digit and three-digit numbers.

  • Problems and Techniques: The course includes tasks for double reduction to one, dividing a round number by a single-digit number in two ways, and dividing by round and two-digit numbers. Students will be introduced to problems involving joint work, multiplication and division by 5, 20, 25, 50, 101, 9, 99, as well as geometric problems and problems related to time.

  • Educational Project: The course includes a project titled "Mathematical Newspaper," allowing students to apply their acquired knowledge in practice and develop creative abilities.

The course promotes the development of mathematical thinking, the formation of skills for solving complex problems, and the application of new techniques in multiplication and division. Students will be able to independently acquire new knowledge, refine their arithmetic skills, and confidently use their knowledge in real life.
