This interactive course provides students with the opportunity to act out short stories about animals, describe them based on specific criteria, create posters with labeled body parts, and role-play dialogues on assigned topics. The course will help reinforce reading rules, introduce new grammatical structures, and activate the use of learned words in speech.

Course Overview

The goals of this course are to:

  • Develop the ability to repeat alphabet letters found at the beginning of animal names.
  • Act out short stories about animals based on a model.
  • Describe animals using criteria such as color and size.
  • Create posters with labeled body parts.
  • Role-play dialogues with questions on the topic.
  • Learn to ask and answer questions like "How many ... have you got?"
  • Master basic reading rules: Ph [f], F [f], Th [θ], Ck [k], T [t], Th [θ], Ee [i:], H [h], Ow [au].
  • Learn to write simple words and short sentences.
  • Improve reading, listening, and speaking skills.
  • Study grammatical material: I am = I’m, I have got = I’ve got.
  • Activate learned words in speech: animals, jungle, hear, tall, big, fat, small, long, angry, thirsty, a giraffe, a hippo, a crocodile, an ear, stripes, a leg, a tail, mouth, teeth, short, dangerous, body, neck, and more.
