The course "I Explore the World 4. The World of People" is designed for 4th-grade students and helps them gain a deeper understanding of the social world around them. Through interactive tasks and tests, students will explore various aspects of human interaction, cultural features, and societal norms. The course promotes the development of critical thinking and social skills.

This course is aimed at fostering students' personal identity and readiness for change by understanding their rights and freedoms, reflecting on the connections between history and present life, cultivating an active civic position based on democratic principles and respect for human rights, and gaining experience in democratic procedures.

During the course, students will develop competencies regarding the first settlements of primitive people, their tools, and the characteristics of the Trypillia culture. They will learn about the most significant archaeological finds of the 20th century, the period when the new era began, historical figures from the times of Kyivan Rus and the Cossack era, and touch upon the causes of the Holodomor. Students will also become familiar with the history of our country's independence, the peculiarities of their native region, the functions of local self-government, and how to combat bullying.
