More information

This interactive course with tests is a summary of mathematics learning for 2nd-grade students. It is aimed at generalizing and reinforcing the knowledge acquired throughout the year, focusing on arithmetic operations of addition and subtraction of numbers within a hundred, tabular and non-tabular multiplication and division, as well as the properties of geometric shapes and measurements.

The course program covers fundamental mathematical concepts, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometric shapes, and measurements. The course consists of four main lessons that allow students to review and consolidate the material learned during the year. The tasks in the course help to systematize knowledge and prepare students for further stages of learning.

By the end of the course, students will be able to:

  • Comment on the execution of calculations
  • Understand the essence of addition and subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Predict the results of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and verify the correctness of calculations
  • Find numbers that are several times larger or smaller than a given number
  • Measure and compare quantities using short notations (mm, cm, dm, m, kg, cent, l)
  • Use tools for measuring quantities
  • Use a clock and calendar to determine time and plan activities
  • Systematize and consolidate the material learned in mathematics for the second grade
